History,Achievements and Experience of Afforestation under the Leadership of the Communist Party of China since the Founding of the People's Republic of China
Green is the brilliant background color of beautiful China,and also the primary color of the mod-ernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,and afforestation is the key measure to add green.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the Communist Party of China(Hereinafter CPC)has attached great importance to the great effect of afforestation,and has led the people to transform China from a forest-lacking country to one with largest area of planted forest in the world,which has made important contri-butions to the improvement of ecological environment,green transformation of the development mode and cultiva-tion of Chinese concept of ecological civilization.A review of history shows that the CPC's strong leadership in af-forestation,the fundamental interests of the people,and the integration of government leadership,market regula-tion and social participation are important experiences China has gained in creating a green miracle that has at-tracted worldwide attention.
