干部教育培训理论研究是做好新时代干部教育培训工作的重要前提.干部教育培训理论研究工作要把干部党性教育理论和干部能力理论等基础理论研究摆在首要位置.要从大力推进干部教育培训理论研究协作机制建设和干部教育培训工作者的理论思维能力建设以及深入开展调查研究等方面来推进干部教育培训理论研究工作.
Abstract
The theoretical research on cadre education and training is an important prerequisite for doing a good job in cadre education and training in the new era.The theoretical research on cadre education and training should prioritize basic theoretical research such as the theory of Party spirit education and the theory of cadre a-bility.It is necessary to promote the theoretical research from aspects such as vigorously promoting the construc-tion of a collaborative mechanism for the theory research,strengthening the theoretical thinking ability of the staff and conducting in-depth investigations.
