Research on Evaluation Criteria for the Effect of Cadre Education and Training
Exploring quantitative evaluation standards for the quality of cadre education and training is of great significance for scientifically evaluating the effectiveness of training, and can provide important basis for testing training quality and improving training work.Through cluster analysis of questionnaire survey data,a ref-erence standard for evaluating training quality was proposed,in order to provide reference for the normalization, standardization, and professionalization of cadre education and training.Research has shown that when the aver-age satisfaction rate and all individual indicators reach 85%or above,it can be considered that the training has achieved the expected effect and achieved the training objectives. When the average satisfaction rate of the trai-nees is less than 85%,it indicates that the training work needs improvement. When the satisfaction rate of any indicator is lower than 85%,it indicates that the work quality reflected by the indicator cannot meet the require-ments of the trainees. It should be fed back to the training work, analyzed for the reasons, and thus improved.
