摘要
学习收获对公安院校人才培养质量及公安队伍建设具有十分重要的意义和价值.但当前部分公安院校学生在学习过程中仍然存在学风不浓、学习积极主动性不够、知识素养匹配度低、知识与技能相脱节、对警务化管理存在抵触情绪等问题和不足.公安院校可通过加强理想信念教育,提升学生内在学习动机水平和质量;优化警务化管理制度,充分发挥管理育人实效以及加强师生互动,激发学生学习兴趣等途径,全面提升公安院校学生的学习收获和人才培养质量.
Abstract
Learning effect is of great significance and value to the quality of talent cultivation in public secu-rity colleges and the construction of public security teams.However,some public security colleges still face is-sues and deficiencies such as a weak academic atmosphere,insufficient learning initiative,a low level of knowl-edge literacy matching,a disconnection between knowledge and skills,and resistance to militarized police man-agement.Public security colleges can comprehensively enhance students'learning achievements and the quality of talent cultivation by strengthening ideal and belief education,elevating students'intrinsic learning motivation and quality,optimizing militarized police management systems,fully leveraging the effectiveness of management in educating people,strengthening teacher-student interaction,and stimulating students'interest in learning.
