大连市职业教育的问题与对策

摘要
以问卷调查法、文献资料法和访谈法为主要研究方法,对大连市职业教育状况进行调研,发现大连市职业教育基本形成了重点突出、特色鲜明、与本市产业体系相匹配的专业格局,为大连市经济社会发展提供了技术技能人才支撑,但在政策、产教融合以及人才培养方面存在一定的问题.应从细化大连市职业教育政策,建立校企合作信息共享平台,加大职业院校人才培养方案制定和教材编写的开放性等方面入手,进一步提升大连市职业教育的水平,为大连市社会经济发展培养优秀的职业人才.
Abstract
Using questionnaire surveys,literature reviews and interviews as the main research methods,this study investigated the status of vocational education in Dalian City.It was found that the vocational education in Dalian has basically formed a professional structure that highlights key areas,features distinctive characteristics,and aligns with the city's industrial system,providing technical and skilled talent support for Dalian's economic and social development.However,there are certain issues in policies,industry-education integration and talent cultivation.To further enhance the level of vocational education in Dalian and cultivate outstanding vocational talents for the socio-economic development,efforts should be made to refine vocational education policies,es-tablish an information sharing platform for school-enterprise cooperation,and increase the openness of talent training program development and textbook compilation in vocational institutions.
