摘要
了解现状才能把握未来,为做好新时代教育系统干部教育培训工作,进一步增强教育培训的系统性、针对性、有效性,通过线上访谈、线下座谈、结构化问卷等方式,对全国教育系统的各级各类教育工作单位、干部教育培训机构和领导干部进行了较大规模调研,覆盖理论教育和党性教育、干部教育培训组织领导、干部教育培训专业体系三个方面内容.根据调研结果全面系统梳理党的十九大以来教育系统干部教育培训工作的主要成就,剖析发展进程中存在的问题,提出多措并举推进党的创新理论教育与党性教育入脑入心、与时俱进强化干部教育培训领导与统筹机制、不断创新优化干部教育培训事业发展治理体系、系统布局提升干部教育培训机构专业化水平等建议.
Abstract
Understanding the current situation is essential to grasp the future.To fully implement the Regu-lations on Cadre Education and Training and the National Cadre Education and Training Plan(2023-2027),a large-scale survey was conducted on various education work units,cadre education and training institutions,and leading cadres in the national education system through online interviews,face-to-face discussions,structured questionnaires,etc.The survey covered three aspects:theoretical education and Party spirit education,organi-zation and leadership of cadre education and training,and the professional system of cadre education and train-ing.Based on the survey results,this paper systematically summarizes the main achievements of cadre education and training in the education system since the 19th National Congress,analyzes the problems in the development process,and proposes multiple measures to promote the Party's innovative theoretical education and Party spirit education,strengthen the leadership and coordination mechanism of cadre education and training with the times,continuously innovate and optimize the development and governance system of cadre education and training,and systematically enhance the professional level of cadre education and training institutions.
