摘要
随着我国经济社会迈入新时代并开启新征程,我国经济社会发展基础和内外部发展条件都发生了深刻而显著的变化.通过回顾林草国际金融组织项目取得的历史性成就,详细分析了林草国际金融组织项目发展面临的新形势和新要求,深入阐释了新时代背景下林草国际金融组织项目发展的新挑战和新定位,并就今后项目高质量发展提出了建议:稳定贷款规模,保持项目的连续性;创新项目内容,提升项目的示范性;加强项目知识经验分享,提升项目的影响力.
Abstract
As China's economy and society enter a new era and embark on a new journey,profound and sig-nificant changes have taken place in the foundation of China's economic and social development as well as inter-nal and external development conditions.By reviewing the historic achievements made by international organiza-tion financed projects in forestry and grassland,this paper analyzes in detail the new situation and new require-ments faced by the development of these projects,deeply explains the new challenges and new positioning of their development in the new era,and puts forward suggestions for high-quality development of future projects:stabilizing the loan scale and maintaining the continuity of projects,innovating project content to enhance the role model function of projects,strengthening the sharing of project knowledge and experience to enhance the in-fluence of projects.
