The Dilemma and Countermeasures of Party History Learning and Education in Rural Work since the New Era
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes the need to combine the-oretical armament with regular and long-term Party history learning and education. The most arduous and onerous task in building a socialist modern country remains in rural areas.Through investigations in 35 administrative vil-lages in F County in western China,it was found that China's rural society has become more complex and diverse since the new era. There is a mismatch between the staffing of village cadres and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Issues such as reluctance to learn, perfunctory learning, and formalism arise in promoting Party history learning and education.Additionally, there are many dilemmas in rural work, such as conflicts be-tween work and study, gaps between learning and application, and difference in responding to superiors and sub-ordinates.From the perspective of grassroots cadres,we should create a learning and education atmosphere,op-timize resource allocation from the perspective of rural work, and promote the Party history learning and education and rural work in parallel.Grassroots cadres themselves and the farmers they guide should be based on reality,fo-cus on current affairs, and confidently devote themselves to building a socialist modern country.
