Research on the Strategy of Improving the Resilience of Forest Fire Prevention Organizations——Taking X County of Jiangxi Province as an Example
With the increase of global warming and extreme weather,forest fires occur frequently,and forest fire prevention has been included in the normal management.The organization is the main body of forest fire pre-vention at the grassroots level,and it is also the basis for doing a good job in forest fire prevention.Based on the theory of resilience governance,this paper focuses on the analysis of the key factors affecting the organizational resilience of grassroots forest fire prevention,constructs an organizational resilience evaluation index system,and explores a more agile,stable and coordinated grassroots forest fire prevention strategy.Taking three townships with high forest coverage in X County,Jiangxi Province as an example,it is found that monitoring and early warning is the basis for forest fire prevention,strengthening resistance and response is the guarantee for improving the resili-ence of forest fire prevention organizations,and organizational learning is an important means to improve the resil-ience of forest fire prevention organizations.Therefore,the key to improving the organizational resilience of grass-roots forest fire prevention is to adhere to the leadership of Party building and build a joint force of organizational governance.It is necessary to improve grid management and promote the standardization of organizational struc-ture;It is necessary to strengthen team building and improve the ability of organization to respond to emergen-cies;It is necessary to strengthen digital governance and build a smart emergency response system.
