西北地区农村居民"数字鸿沟"现象的实证分析

摘要
随着互联网的普及与网民数量逐年增多,数字鸿沟现象在我国日益引起关注.使用一项在西北四省(区)农村进行的大规模抽样调查的数据,证实了西北地区的农村居民内部存在着数字鸿沟现象,并揭示了该现象的成因——既有外部环境的影响,也有个体经济收入的制约,还有知识水平、思想观念等主观条件的限制,进而指出加强互联网相关的基础设施建设、提高农民的收入水平和受教育程度、提升农民思想观念的现代性水平等举措可以缩小农村居民内部的数字鸿沟.
Abstract
With the popularization of the Internet and the increasing number of Internet users each year,the phenomenon of the digital divide has increasingly attracted attention in China.Using data from a large-scale sam-ple survey conducted in rural areas of four regions in northwest China,this study confirms the existence of the digital divide phenomenon among rural residents in the northwest region and reveals its causes:external environ-mental factors,constraints of individual economic income,and limitations of subjective conditions such as knowl-edge levels and ideological concepts.Furthermore,it points out that measures such as strengthening Internet-relat-ed infrastructure construction,improving farmers'income levels and education levels,and enhancing the moderni-ty of farmers'ideological concepts can help narrow the digital divide among rural residents.
