林草援外培训线上与线下模式的比较研究——基于SWOT分析法
A Comparative Study of Online and Face-to-face Modes of China Aid Training in Forestry and Grassland—Based on SWOT Analysis

摘要
林草援外培训在构建人类命运共同体、筑牢全球伙伴关系的进程中,扮演着日益重要的角色.新冠疫情后,线上培训逐步取代线下培训成为援外培训首选的培训形式.结合对 13 期线下培训学员和 148 名线上培训学员的调查,用SWOT比较分析的方法,对比援外培训线上和线下两种模式的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,提出林草援外培训线上、线下优势互补的具体策略,以及二者融合发展的建议,即根据学员不同需求和培训教学需要,充分挖掘线下培训和线上培训的优势,合力促进林草援外培训高质量发展,为促进发展中国家在生态保护与修复领域的绿色、普惠、包容发展作出贡献.
Abstract
China aid training in forestry and grassland plays an increasingly important role in the process of building a community with a shared future for mankind and strengthening global partnerships.After the COVID-19 pandemic,online training has gradually replaced face-to-face training as the preferred form of China aid train-ing.Based on surveys of 13 face-to-face training participants and 148 online training participants,this study uses SWOT comparative analysis to compare the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of online and face-to-face modes of China aid training.It proposes specific strategies for complementing the advantages of online and face-to-face China aid training in forestry and grassland,as well as suggestions for their integrated develop-ment.That is,according to the different needs of participants and the requirements of training and teaching,we should fully tap into the advantages of both face-to-face and online training,and jointly promote the high-quality development of China aid training in forestry and grassland.This will contribute to promoting green,inclusive,and sustainable development in the field of ecological protection and restoration in developing countries.
