不同见习模式在医学诊断学免疫及生化课程的探索和思考

目的 旨在探究不同教育模式对于见习教学实践的影响,为见习教育模式创新提供支持.通过对传统教育(lecture based learning,LBL)模式与混合式教育(blended learning,BL)模式对比研究,探究其优缺点及适用场景,促进教育教学模式的创新.方法 选择华南理工大学临床专业见习学生96人,通过对LBL和BL不同模式的见习教学的研究,深入分析不同教学模式的特点及应用效果.结果 通过从实践案例可以看出,LBL模式学生学到的知识更全面,考核成绩更理想;而BL模式学生参与度更高,对课程的评价更好.将不同教学模式有机结合可以使见习教学实践更具有成效.结论 不同教学模式在不同情境中具有不同的优劣势,应根据情境选择适当的教学模式.为今后的见习教学模式创新指明了方向.
An Exploration and Reflection on Different Internship Models in the Course of Immunology and Biochemistry in Medical Diagnosis
Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of different educational models on internship teaching practice,and to provide support for the innovation of internship education models.By comparing lecture-based learning (LBL) with blended learning (BL), we explored their advantages, disadvantages,and applicable scenarios to promote innovation in educational and teaching models.Methods 96 clinical interns from South China University of Technology were selected for the study.All subjects were divided into LBL education mode and BL education mode.Through investigation and research on two different internship teaching modes,the characteristics and application effects of different teaching modes were analyzed in depth.Results From practical cases,it was observed that students in the LBL model learned more comprehensive knowledge and achieved more ideal assessment results;The BL model had higher student engagement and better evaluation of the course.Integrating different teaching modes could make internship teaching practices more effective.Conclusion Different teaching modes have different advantages and disadvantages in different situations,and appropriate teaching modes should be selected based on the specific situation.Our study has pointed out the direction for the innovation of internship teaching models in the future.
