Differences in Hb,VA,SF,Zn,IFA Expressions and Correlation Between Anemia and Non-anemia Pregnant Women
Objective To explore differences in expressions of hemoglobin(Hb),vitamin A(VA),ferritin(SF),zinc(Zn)and internal factor antibody(IFA)between anemia and non-anemia pregnant women, and to analyze the correlation between the expression of each index and anemia in pregnant women. Methods 102 anemic pregnant women admitted to our hospital from August,2022 to April,2023 were selected as the anemic group(Hb<110g/L),while another 102 non-anemic pregnant women were selected as the non-anemic group during the same period.Expression levels of Hb,VA,SF,Zn and IFA were measured in both groups, and the factors influencing the anemia of pregnant women were analyzed, and the anemic group was classified into anemia degrees according to the peripheral blood Hb concentration[mild(100g/≤Hb<110g/L),moderate(70g/L≤Hb<99g/L)].Differential expressions of Hb,VA,SF,Zn and IFA in pregnant women with different degrees of anemia were compared. The correlation between expression levels of Hb,VA,SF,Zn and IFA and the degree of anemia was analyzed. The predictive value of expressions of Hb,VA,SF,Zn and IFA in severe anemia was analyzed. Results We compared these two groups in terms of gestational weeks and gestational comorbidities and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Hb,VA,SF and Zn in moderately and mildly anemic pregnant women in the anemic group were lower than those in the non-anemic group, while IFA was higher than that in the non-anemic group(P<0.05);Expression levels of Hb,VA,SF and Zn in moderately anemic pregnant women were lower than those in mildly anemic pregnant women, while the expression level of IFA were higher than those in mildly anemic pregnant women(P<0.05);Expression levels of Hb,VA,SF and Zn in pregnant women with different degrees of anemia were compared and results were as follows:severe anemia<moderate anemia<mild anemia<IFA,and mild anemia<moderate anemia<severe anemia(P<0.05);Expression levels of Hb,VA,SF and Zn in pregnant women with different anemia during pregnancy were compared as follows:late trimester<middle trimester<early trimester;IFA was compared as follows:early trimester<middle trimester<late trimester(P<0.05);Hb,VA,SF and Zn were negatively correlated with pregnancy and degree of anemia in pregnant women, while IFA was positively correlated with pregnancy and degree of anemia in pregnant women(P<0.05).Gestational age, complications during pregnancy, annual family income,Hb,VA,SF,Zn and IFA were the factors affecting anemia in pregnant women(P<0.05).AUC for the combination of Hb,VA,SF,Zn and IFA to predict moderate anaemia was 0.933,which was greater than the value of each marker alone(P<0.05).Conclusion Expressions of Hb,VA,SF,Zn and IFA are significantly abnormal in anaemic pregnant women, and Hb,VA,SF,Zn and IFA are closely associated with the gestation period and degree of anaemia, suggesting the combined test is of great value in preventing moderate anaemia in pregnant women.
