The Application Value of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium Combined with Baotailing in Patients with Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion
Objective To investigate the application value of low molecular weight heparin sodium combined with Baofeiling in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion and its effect on C-reactive protein(CRP)and heme oxygenase-1(HO-1).Methods A total of 108 patients with RSA who received treatment in our hospital from March,2020 to April,2022 were selected as the research objects.All patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group by random table method.The control group was given LMWH,while patients in the observation group were given additional Baotailing.Serological indicators,pregnancy outcomes,pregnancy complications and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,levels of human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β),interleukin-10(IL-10)and heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)in the two groups were all increased.And the combined group was higher than the traditional group(P<0.05).Levels of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1),interleukin-17(IL-17)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the two groups were all decreased,and those in the combined group were lower than those in the traditional group.The abortion rate of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the traditional group,while the live birth rate was significantly higher than that of the traditional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the full-term delivery rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The delivery weeks of the combined group were significantly longer than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pregnancy complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion LMWH combined with Baotailing can effectively improve the level of progesterone and coagulation function during pregnancy in patients with RSA,which can improve the success rate of tocolysis and pregnancy outcomes,and further regulate cell balance,but has no significant effect on complications.
