An Analysis of Changes of Hcy,Immunoglobulin,β2 Microglobulin and Other Indicators in HIV Patients Before and After Antiviral Treatment
Objective To explore changes of homocysteine(Hcy),immunoglobulin G(IgG)andβ2 microglobulin(β2-MG)in HIV-infected patients before and after antiviral treatment. Methods 87 HIV patients(from Jan.2019.to May 2020)who were examined and hospitalized for antiviral treatment in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.By analyzing the differences in serum Hcy,β2-MG expression levels, immunoglobulin expression,γ-GT,LACT expression levels, and T cell subsets in patients at the time of initial diagnosis and after treatment,we studied the homotype and half of HIV-infected patients before and after antiviral treatment. We conducted analysis of changes in indicators, such as cystine(Hcy),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and β2 microglobulin(β2-MG).Results Compared with the first diagnosis and after treatment, the expression level of immunoglobulin in the first diagnosis was significantly higher than that after treatment(P<0.05).Expressions of T cell subsets CD3,CD4,CD8 of patients at the first diagnosis were(53.84±6.47)%,(33.52±3.65)%,(23.67±2.82)%,and expressions of CD3,CD4,and CD8 were(64.65±6.42)%,(42.31±4.83)%,(27.78±3.89)%after treatment. The expression level of T cell subsets was lower than that after treatment(P<0.05),and the difference in the ratio of CD4+/CD8+was small(P>0.05).Compared with the first diagnosis and after treatment, expression levels of Hcy and β2-MG in the first diagnosis were significantly higher than those after treatment(P<0.05).The expressions of γ-GT and LACT were 112.65±21.14U/L and 4.35±1.28mmol/L at the time of initial diagnosis. After treatment, expressions of γ-GT and LACT were 140.72±32.25U/L and 1.33±0.27mmol/L,respectively.The expression level of LACT at the first diagnosis was significantly higher than that after treatment(P<0.05),while the expression level of γ-GT at the first diagnosis was lower than that after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion After antiviral treatment of HIV-infected patients, immune indicators, such as T cell subsets and immunoglobulin expression levels, are significantly changed. At the same time, expression levels of Hcy,β2-MG,and LACT are decreased significantly, and the expression level of y-GT is increased significantly. Therefore,in clinical research, the above indicators can be used to diagnose and treat AIDS patients, and it is recommended to promote its application.
