A Clinical Study of Allergen and Myocardial Enzymes in Patients with Urticaria
Objective To investigate the relationship between allergen and myocardial enzyme spectrum in urticaria patients, and to further clarify the myocardial damage status in urticaria patients. Methods 244 cases of dermatology urticaria patients were recruited as the experimental group.During the same time period,we chose healthy examined people and children to kindergarten for investigation with a total of 225 subjects as the control group.Immunoblotting test were applied to detect the allergen and the rate method were applied to detect the myocardial enzymes. Results In the experimental group, the positive rate of allergens in 244 patients with urticaria was 69.7%,and the increase rate of myocardial enzyme elevation was 31.1%.In the positive grade of allergens, the rates of increase of myocardial enzyme spectrum in grade 1-4 were as follows:27.3%,40.0%,53.80%,70.0%.In addition, the increase rate of 5 or above was 100%.In the control group of 225 patients, only 4 cases were positive allergic antigen and all of their gradings were under grade 1;The increasing rate of myocardial enzyme spectrum was 7.1%,with only AST,CK increased slightly, which went back to normal after temperance and appropriate rest. The increasing of AST,CK and CK-MB in the myocardial enzyme spectrum of urticaria patients were not significantly higher than those in the control group(P>0.05),and HBDH and LDH were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The increasing rate of myocardial enzyme spectrum in urticaria patients increases with the increasing of the grade of allergen, especially the increasing value of HBDH and LDH,which shows that the higher the level of allergens in urticaria, the higher degree of the myocardial damage. There is a great significance to provide laboratory basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment, through the combined detection of allergen and myocardial enzymes.
