The Application of Online and Offline Blended Teaching Method Based on OBE Concept and FD-QM Standard in Teaching Management Mode of"Medical Immunology"Course
Higher education is an important component with the combination of technology as the first productive force,talent as the first resource,and innovation as the first driving force.In particular, the quality of medical higher education is related to the development of the country,the progress of the society and the public health status of the population.However,the current teaching mode of higher education is still at the"spoon-feeding"teaching level,and the quality of student training is not satisfactory.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore more effective ways to improve the teaching management mode of higher education.This study focuses on the most advanced teaching concepts and methods at home and abroad,based on OBE education concepts and FD-QW curriculum quality standards, and fully combines online and offline curriculum resources to carry out the application of blended learning mode in basic medical undergraduate courses.Through a randomized controlled experiment,the difference of teaching quality and effect between traditional teaching group and blended learning group in"Medical Immunology"course was identified and evaluated,and a new model of scientific and efficient higher education talent training was explored.Through practice,the overall teaching quality and teaching effect of blended learning group were significantly better than that of traditional teaching group.These five implementation paths can provide useful reference suggestions for the future improvement of teaching management model of higher education.
