Objective To study the distribution of vaginal microbiota characteristics in female patients with vaginitis who seek medical treatment at our Gynecological clinic.Methods A total of 3478 female patients with vaginitis who were treated in the Gynecology Department of our hospital from January,2023 to June,2023 were collected for the study,and their vaginal microbiota was evaluated and analyzed.Results The proportion of patients with mixed vaginitis (28.4％)was higher than that with simple vaginitis (27.77％).Among simple vaginitis,VVC(12.22％)had the highest infection rate;The infection rate of mixed vaginitis was the highest with AV+BV(15.53％).Conclusion The characteristic distribution of vaginal microbiota in female patients with vaginitis can provide important data-driven supports for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
