A Correlation Analysis of Serum 3-NT,Aβ1-42,CX3CL1 and Cognitive Dysfunction in Patients with Ischemic Small Cerebral Vascular Disease
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum 3-nitrotyrosine (3-NT),β-amyloid 1-42 (Aβ-1-42),chemokine C-X3-C ligand 1 (CX3CL1 )and cognitive dysfunction in patients with ischemic small cerebral vascular disease. Methods 117 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted to our hospital from December,2022 to December,2023 were selected and divided into a cognitive normal group of 37 cases and a cognitive impairment group of 80 cases.Based on the MoCA score, the cognitive impairment group was divided into a mild group of 23 cases,a moderate group of 27 cases, and a severe group of 30 cases. We detected serum 3-NT,Aβ1-42,CX3CL1 levels.ROC curve was drawn for serum 3-NT and Aβ1-42.Sensitivity and specificity of CX3CL1 detection in diagnosing cognitive impairment were also evaluated. Results Serum 3-NT levels in the cognitive impairment group were higher than those in the normal cognitive function group and the control group, while serum Aβ1-42,CX3CL1 were lower than that of the normal cognitive function group and the control group(P<0.05);Serum 3-NT,Aβ1-42,and abnormal expression of CX3CL1 were associated with cognitive dysfunction in patients with ischemic small -cerebral vascular disease (P<0.05);The AUC value of combined detection of serum 3-NT,Aβ1-42 and CX3CL1 in diagnosing cognitive impairment in acute ischemic small cerebral vascular disease was higher than that of single-marker detection (Z3-NT-combined detection=3.621,ZAβ1-42-joint detection=3.046,ZCX3CL1-joint detection=2.075,P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive dysfunction in patients with ischemic small cerebral vascular disease is associated with elevated serum 3-NT levels and Aβ1-42,CX3CL1 reduction.
