摘要

人类细小病毒B19感染可诱发免疫功能低下的患者发生传染性红斑、关节痛、贫血和其他血细胞减少.本文报告4例由骨髓细胞涂片检查发现,并通过PCR方法确诊的人类细小病毒B19感染病例.

Abstract

The human parvovirus B19 infection may commonly induce erythema infectiosum,joint symptoms,anemia,and other cytopenias among patients with low immunity.We report 4 cases of parvovirus B19 infection which were detected by bone marrow smear examination and then confirmed by PCR assay.
