摘要
目的 探究豁痰通络汤联合阿奇霉素对小儿支原体肺炎(MP)患者的疗效,以及对血清sPD-1和CYTL1水平的影响.方法 采用随机数字表法将在我院治疗(2022年9月至2023年9月)的小儿MP患者分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例).对照组进行常规治疗外给予阿奇霉素颗粒;观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予豁痰通络汤.对患者的治疗效果血清sPD-1和CYTL1、不良反应情况进行比较分析.结果 观察组的疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后,肺功能指标VT、PEV1、FVC显著提高,且观察组升高的幅度显著高于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后,血清IL-6、hs-CRP、IL-8表达水平显著下降,且观察组血清IL-6、hs-CRP、IL-8下降的幅度显著高于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后,血清sPD-1表达水平显著低于治疗前,血清CYTL1的表达水平显著高于治疗前,且观察组血清sPD-1下降的幅度和血清CYTL1上升的幅度均高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组的不良反应率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 豁痰通络汤联合阿奇霉素对小儿MP治疗具有显著的疗效,可有效改善患者肺功能,且对炎性因子水平、血清sPD-1和CYTL1水平具有调节作用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Huotan Tongluo decoction combined with azithromycin on pediatric patients with mycoplasma pneumonia(MP),and to evaluate its impacts on lung function indicators,serum inflammatory factors,serum sPD-1 and CYTL1 levels.Methods Children with MP who were treated in our hospital from September,2022 to September,2023 were divided into an observer group(40 cases)and a control group(40 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with azithromycin based on routine treatment,while the observer group was treated with Huotan Tongluo decoction in addition to the control group.The treatment efficacy,lung function indicators,serum inflammatory factors,serum sPD-1 and CYTL1,and adverse reactions of all patients were compared and analyzed.Results The observer group had a better efficacy than the control group(P＜0.05);The lung function indicators VT,PEV1,and FVC were significantly increased,and the magnitude of elevation in the observer group was larger than that in the control group(P＜0.05);After treatment,serum IL-6,hs-CRP,and IL-8 levels were significantly decreased,and the magnitude of elevation in the observer group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05);After treatment,the expression level of serum sPD-1 decreased and the level of serum CYTL1 increased,and the amplitudes of the observer group were significantly higher than the control group(P＜0.05);During the treatment period of pediatric MP patients,the adverse reaction rate of the observer group was significantly lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Huotan Tongluo decoction and azithromycin has a significant therapeutic effect on pediatric patients with MP,which can effectively improve lung function and regulate levels of inflammatory factors,serum sPD-1,and CYTL1.
