痰热清对耐药菌的抗菌作用及其作用机制研究

摘要
痰热清是临床上广泛使用的一种中成药,具有广谱抗菌、抗炎、抗病毒、解热、化痰和免疫调节等功效,在治疗由耐药菌引起的重症肺炎中有一定的优势.在常规抗生素治疗基础上联合使用痰热清,能显著提高病原菌清除率,降低治疗过程中耐药菌的检出.但是其作用机制并不明确.因此,本文就痰热清对临床常见病原菌的体外抗菌作用及其作用机制作一综述.
Abstract
Tanreqing is a traditional Chinese medicine widely used in current clinical practices.It has broad-spectrum of anti-bacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-viral,anti-pyretic,expectorant,and immunomodulatory effects.It was reported that Tanreqing has certain advantages in treating severe pneumonia caused by drug-resistant bacteria.In addition to the conventional antibiotic treatment,the combination of Tanreqing can significantly improve the clearance rate of pathogens and reduce the detection of drug-resistant bacteria during the treatment process.However,its anti-bacterial mechanism remains unclear.Therefore,this article conducts a comprehensive review of the anti-bacterial effects of Tanreqing in vitro and anti-bacterial mechanisms on common clinical pathogens.
