The Clinical Application Value of Multiple Indicators in the Differential Diagnosis of Acute Cerebral Infarction and Intracerebral Hemorrhage
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of multiple factors, including plasma B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)and blood white blood cell count(WBC),in the differential diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction and intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods The results of 9 related laboratory tests of acute cerebral infarction(1083 cases)and intracerebral hemorrhage(1136 cases)in hospitalized patients in Beijing Tiantan Hospital,Capital Medical University from January,2023 to December,2023 were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical significance of these factors in the differential diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction and intracerebral hemorrhage was explored through statistical analysis. Results Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in BNP,WBC,thrombin time(TT),serum glucose(GLU),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and creatinine(CREA)between the two groups(P<0.05).The joint-diagnostic model was constructed with following results:diagnostic AUC=0.734,sensitivity was 66.9%,and specificity was 68.9%.The diagnostic model was:Y=-0.002 × BN P+0.203 × WBC-0.032 × TT-0.030 × GLU+0.012 × AST+0.004 × CREA-1.419.Conclusion The combination of BNP and WBC test results can effectively diagnose acute cerebral infarction and intracerebral hemorrhage.
