A Study on the Correlation Between Lipoprotein and Deep Vein Thrombosis in Patients with Traumatic Fracture
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum lipoprotein a[Lp(a)]levels and postoperative deep vein thrombosis in patients with traumatic fractures. Methods A retrospective study was conducted within 956 patients with preoperative non-anticoagulant fractures who visited Department of Clinical Laboratory,Beijing Jishuitan Hospital from January,2022 to December,2023.We collected general clinical data and hematological indicators of patients, and divided patients into a deep vein thrombosis group with 288 cases and a non-deep vein thrombosis group with 668 cases based on ultrasound screening results. We performed statistical analyses using SPSS 23.0 software to evaluate the differences in basic information between two groups of patients.Independent sample t-test was used to identify variables with statistical differences, and multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze independent risk factors for deep vein thrombosis after trauma, and receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was drawn to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of Lp(a)in deep vein thrombosis after traumatic fracture surgery.Results(1)Compared with the traumatic fracture group without venous thrombosis, levels of Lp(a),FIB,D-D and hs-CRP in the venous thrombosis group were significantly increased, while levels of CHOI,HDL-C and ApoA-1 were significantly decreased(P<0.05).TRIG,LDL-C and Apo-B had no significant changes.(2)DVT was positively correlated with Lp(a),FIB,D-D and hs-CRP,while negatively correlated with CHOI,HDL-C and ApoA-1.(3)Lp(a),FIB and D-D were independent risk factors for post-traumatic DVT.(4)The area under the curve(AUC)of Lp(a)was 0.798,with a sensitivity of 76.1%,a specificity of 67.5%,and a cut-off value of 252.65mg/L.Conclusion The serum Lp(a)level in patients with traumatic fractures is independently correlated with deep vein thrombosis, and has a good predictive value.
