摘要
T淋巴细胞具有免疫记忆功能,细胞寿命较长也更易受到免疫衰老的影响.主要表现为免疫系统抵抗病原微生物的能力下降,对肿瘤细胞的杀伤能力减弱,因而发生感染性疾病、慢性疾病与癌症的风险提高.本文主要阐述人类T淋巴细胞衰老的特征,从细胞衰老机制,受体反应性等方面展开综述.
Abstract
T lymphocytes are featured with immune memory function which are more susceptible to immune senescence because of their long cell lifespan.The main manifestations include as follows:the immune system's ability to resist pathogenic microorganisms is reduced,the ability to kill tumor cells is weakened,the risk of infectious diseases,and risks of chronic diseases,cancer are increased.In this paper,the characteristics of human T lymphocyte senescence were reviewed from the aspects of cell senescence mechanism and receptor reactivity.
