摘要

目的 在2型糖尿病患者和健康人群中探究哪些因素会影响人体血液中MGO的浓度以及血清MGO与糖尿病慢性并发症的关系,以评估MGO在糖尿病发生发展中的临床价值.方法 本研究招募了375例2型糖尿病,伴有不同程度的糖尿病慢性并发症和128例健康对照者,收集患者的临床资料.进行单因素和多因素回归分析,以确定血清MGO浓度的相关因素.结果 在所有受试者中:Log10(血清MGO+1)与BMI(r=0.2028,P<0.0001)、TG(r=0.1992,P<0.0001)显著正相关,与血红蛋白(r=-0.0936,P=0.0358)、TC(r=-0.0660,P=0.1395)呈负相关;在健康受试者中Log10(血清MGO+1)与eGFR(r=0.3664,P<0.0001)、BMI(r=0.2834,P=0.0012)呈显著正相关;在糖尿病患者中,Log10(血清MGO+1)仅与BMI相关(r=0.156,P<0.05).结论 在所有受试者中,BMI、三酰甘油、血红蛋白和总胆固醇影响血清MGO浓度;健康人中BMI、eGFR影响血清MGO浓度;糖尿病患者的血清MGO浓度仅受BMI影响.

Abstract

Objective This study aims to delineate the relevant factors to the serum MGO concentration in type 2 diabetic patients and healthy individuals,so as to evaluate the clinical value of MGO in the development of diabetes.Methods A total of 503 subjects including 375 type 2 diabetic patients and 128 healthy individuals were recruited for this study.Both demographic and clinical data of these subjects were collected.Results Log10(serum MGO+1)was positively correlated with body mass index(BMI)(r=0.2028,P<0.05)and triglyceride(r=0.1992,P<0.05),while negatively correlated with hemoglobin(r=-0.0936,P=0.0358)and serum total cholesterol(r=-0.0660,P=0.1395)in all subjects.In healthy subjects,a significant correlation was also observed between log10 (serum MGO+1)and eGFR(r=0.3664,P<0.05)and BMI(r=0.2834,P=0.0012).Log10 (serum MGO+1)was relevant to BMI in diabetic patients(r=0.156,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum MGO concentration is affected by BMI,triglyceride,hemoglobin and total cholesterol in all subjects,and is affected by BMI and eGFR in healthy subjects,while only affected by BMI in diabetic patients.
