An Evaluation of Effect of"Internet+"Teaching Method in the Training of Medical Laboratory Technical Personnel Under the Background of Medical Federation
Objective To explore the effect of"Internet+"teaching mode in the training of medical laboratory technical personnel under the background of medical federation.Methods A total of 43 employees from the Laboratory Department of the Municipal Confederation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Grass-roots Hospitals affiliated with Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the research objects. The"Internet+"teaching mode was applied to train these trainees on the relevant contents of clinical basic testing.A questionnaire survey was conducted after the training to understand the trainees'satisfaction with the"Internet+"teaching model,and at the same time,they were assessed through the questionnaire star-generated test paper.SPSS26.0 statistical software was used to compare the test scores of trainees'basic clinical test knowledge before and after training in order to evaluate the training effect.Results The"Internet+"teaching model was applied to the training of medical laboratory in the grass-roots units of medical federation,and the total evaluation score after training was significantly higher than that before training.More than 85% of the trainees reported that"Internet+"training was able to better stimulate interest in learning process,improve the sense of participation,better digest the training content and the combination of theory and clinic.86% of the inspectors preferred to accept the"Internet+"training mode,while 95.3% of the inspectors reported that they hoped to hold such training on a regular basis.Conclusion It is necessary to carry out regular clinical basic laboratory training for medical laboratory personnel in grass-roots hospitals under the background of medical federation. Furthermore,"Internet+"teaching model is worth popularizing in grass-roots training program.
