The Application of Teaching Mode Based on the Combination of "Rain Class" and PBL,CBL in Clinical Microbiology Laboratory Practice Teaching
Objective To explore the application effect of the teaching mode based on the combination of"rain class"and PBL,CBL in clinical microbiology laboratory practice teaching.Methods The study population was divided into two groups of interns:the observation group included 36 students who were on clinical microbiology from June 2023 to April 2024.while the control group included 43 students who were on the same internship from June 2022 to April 2023.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the observation group adopted the teaching mode of"rain class"combined with PBL and CBL.After the internship in the clinical microbiology laboratory,the theoretical examination results and experimental operation examination results of the two groups were obtained and compared.Furthermore,the teaching satisfaction was evaluated by questionnaire. Results The scores of theoretical examination and experimental operation examination in the observation group were both significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Most students in the observation group were satisfied with the teaching effect of the teaching mode based on the combination of"rain class"and PBL,CBL,which was superior to the traditional teaching mode in terms of stimulating learning interest,enthusiasm and improving learning ability.Conclusion In the clinical microbiology laboratory practice teaching,the application of teaching mode based on the combination of"rain class"and PBL and CBL can stimulate students 'learning interest and subjective initiative,cultivate students'clinical thinking,and effectively improve the teaching effect.
