Teaching Investigation and Exploration of Clinical Laboratory Probation Course for Clinical Undergraduates
Objective Based on the analysis of the questionnaire survey results of clinical and laboratory specialty undergraduates on clinical laboratory probation course,the individualized teaching scheme for clinical specialty undergraduates on probation course was put forward and a preliminary attempt was conducted,providing thoughts for the training process of the follow-up probation teaching.Methods The clinical specialty group included 48 clinical medical undergraduates,and the laboratory specialty group included 60 medical laboratory undergraduates.Two groups were investigated anonymously on five items of probation significance,teaching mode,curriculum arrangement,teaching items and teaching evaluation.Results The rate of"Very"grade in the clinical specialty group was significantly higher than that in the laboratory specialty group(x2=9.381,P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups on the most suitable teaching mode(x2=8.569,P<0.05).Students in the clinical specialty group chose the relatively dispersed teaching mode,mainly case teaching(47.92%)and routine operation teaching(35.42%).Students of the inspection specialty group mainly chose the routine operation teaching,accounting for 61.67%.The demands of the two groups on the curriculum arrangement were quite different,and the two groups'liking degree on the teaching project was similar.The teaching effect of individualized teaching program was well received by students of clinical specialty group.Conclusion Clinical laboratory probation course is of great significance to clinical undergraduates.Its teaching mode and curriculum arrangement are different from those of clinical students.Providing a targeted internship program can better achieve the internship learning effect,promote the integration of clinical and laboratory development.
