摘要
目的 了解航天中心医院周边地区疑诊呼吸道感染患者6种常见呼吸道病原体:呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、腺病毒(ADV)、甲型流感病毒(IFA)、乙型流感病毒(IFB)、鼻病毒(HRV)、肺炎支原体(MP)的流行病学特点,为医院周边地区患者的临床诊治及防控提供依据.方法 回顾2023年3月至2023年11月在航天中心就诊的4 412例疑诊呼吸道感染患者作为研究对象,运用实时荧光PCR核酸检测技术对鼻咽部标本进行6种常见呼吸道病原体检测,采用SPSS 25.0统计软件进行数据分析.结果 4412例疑诊呼吸道感染患者中共检出阳性结果1298例,阳性检出率为29.42％,其中HRV(9.09％)检出率最高,其次是MP(7.16％).男性与女性检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).未成年人(＜18岁)疑诊呼吸道感染患者以HRV(20.81％)与MP(16.75％)为主;成年人(≥18岁)的疑诊呼吸道感染患者以IFA(5.71％)、HRV(4.02％)为主.4 412例患者中春季以IFA(9.86％)为主,夏季以HRV(8.78％)为主,秋季以MP(20.49％)为主.结论 该地区疑诊呼吸道感染患者以HRV和MP感染为主,未成年人以HRV、MP感染为主,成人以IFA和HRV为主.不同季节呼吸道感染的主要病原体不同.
Abstract
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of six common respiratory pathogens:Respiratory syncytial virus(RSV),Adenovirus(ADV),Influenza A virus(IFA),Influenza B virus(IFB),Human rhinovirus(HRV)and Mycoplasma pneumonia(MP)in patients with suspected respiratory tract infection in the surrounding areas of the Aerospace Center Hospital and to provide evidences for clinical diagnosis,treatment,prevention and control of infections.Methods A retrospective review of 4 412 patients with suspected respiratory tract infections were admitted to the Aerospace Center Hospital from March,2023 to November,2023,whose nasopharyngeal specimens were detected for six common respiratory pathogens by real-time fluorescent PCR technology.SPSS 25.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Results A total of 1 298 positive results were detected in 4 412 patients,with a positive detection rate of 29.42％.Among them,HRV(9.09％)had the highest detection rate,followed by MP(7.16％).There was no significant difference in the detection rates between male and female(P＞0.05).HRV(20.81％)and MP(16.75％)were the main causes of respiratory tract infections in minors(＜18 years old).IFA(5.71％)and HRV(4.02％)were the main suspected respiratory tract infections in adults(≥18 years old).Among 4412 patients,IFA(9.86％)was dominant in spring,while HRV(8.78％)was dominant in summer,and MP(20.49％)was dominant in autumn.Conclusion HRV and MP infections are the main pathogens in patients with suspected respiratory tract infections in this area,HRV and MP infections are the main pathogens in minors,while IFA and HRV are the main pathogens in adults.The main pathogens of respiratory tract infections are different across different seasons.
