Significance of Combined Determination of CRP/ALB,NLR and GLI in Patients with Severe Pneumonia Complicated with Septic Shock
Objective To investigate the significance of C-reactive protein(CRP)/albumin(ALB),neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and glycemic instability index(GLI)in septic shock in patients with severe pneumonia. Methods 126 cases of severe pneumonia treated in our hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected, and peripheral blood samples were collected to detect CRP,ALB,NLR and GLI.All the patients were divided into septic shock group(70 cases)and non-septic shock group(56 cases)according to whether there was septic shock or not.The general data and CRP/ALB,NLR and GLI of the patients were analyzed. The sputum culture results of septic shock patients were divided into gram-positive bacteria infection patients(35 cases)and gram-negative bacteria infection patients(35 cases). The levels of CRP/ALB,NLR and GLI were compared, and the relationship between CRP/ALB,NLR and GLI and septic shock was discussed by Logistic regression analysis. Results Compared with the non-septic shock group, the age of patients>60 years old, respiratory disease, diabetes, smoking history>10 years in septic shock group were higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the non-septic shock group, the level of CRP/ALB,GLI and NLR were higher in septic shock group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in CRP/ALB,GLI and NLR between gram-positive bacteria infection patients and gram-negative bacteria infection patients(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that CRP/ALB,NLR and GLI were independently correlated with septic shock(P<0.05).Conclusion CRP/ALB,NLR and GLI levels wer high in septic shock in severe pneumonia, and the detection of detection of CRP/ALB,GLI and NLR levels was helpful to provide an important reference for subsequent treatment outcomes.
