The Research Progress on Chronic Pulmonary Aspergillosis After Tuberculosis
Tuberculosis and chronic Pulmonary aspergillosis are chronic infectious diseases that are closely related,and both can seriously endanger people's health.In recent years,the number of new cases of tuberculosis is remaining on the rise.Although most of the tuberculosis can be cured by effective treatments,post-tuberculosis lung disease should not be ignored.Among them,chronic Pulmonary aspergillosis is an important form of post-tuberculosis lung disease.Due to insufficient awareness of this disease,as well as the delayed diagnosis and poor treatment,the disease poses a serious risk to public health,especially in areas with a high burden of tuberculosis.This article focuses on the epidemiology,pathogenesis,clinical types,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,and treatment of chronic Pulmonary aspergillosis,aiming to improve the understanding of post-tuberculosis chronic Pulmonary aspergillosis and provide the guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
