Effects of Calcium Isobenesulfonate on Serum ADA,Crea,UA,TG,TC and GSP Levels Based on Trinder Reaction Principle
Objective To study the effect of calcium dobesilate on serum biochemical test results. Methods 10 serum supplemented with 10mg/L calcium dobesilate were selected as experimental samples. The values of each biochemical item were determined, while the calculation bias was calculated, and items whose average bias was greater than 1/2 of the total allowable error were selected.Serum samples with 50mg/L,40mg/L,30mg/L,20mg/L,10mg/L,and 5mg/L calcium dobesilate interference were configured to detect the results of items with an average bias greater than 1/2TE and then calculated for the bias. Results When the concentration of calcium dobesilate was 10mg/L,the bias of ADA,Crea,UA,TG,TC and GSP were greater than 1/2TE.Calcium dobesilate affected those biochemical tests based on Trinder chromogenic reac-tion.With the increasing concentration of calcium dobesilate in samples, increasing interferences and biases were observed.Negative correlations were also found between serum results and interference concentrations. The mean bias between Crea,UA,TG,TC,GSP,ADA and the true level increased negatively with the increase of calcium dobesilate concentration. The average bias of the six tests was lowest when the concentration of calcium dobesilate was 5mg/L,which were-10.47%,-6.44%,-7.16%,-5.53%,-10.95%and-18.87%,respectively.When the concentration of calcium dobesilate was 50mg/L,the average bias was the highest, which were-42.99%,-22.23%,-27.84%,-9.83%,-36.08%and-57.32%,respectively.Conclusion Calcium dobesilate can affect serum biochemical detection results based on Trinder reaction principle, and the relative bias increases negatively with the increase of the concentration of calcium dobesilate in testing samples.
