PDCA循环管理法在危急值管理体系修订中的应用

目的 探讨PDCA循环管理法在我院的危急值管理体系修订中的应用价值.方法 成立全院多学科PDCA危急值持续改进小组,利用头脑风暴和鱼骨图分析我院危急值管理存在的问题,通过问卷星对危急值体系存在的问题多次查检,借助最新指南和试运行两种方式对修订后的体系进行检查,以"满意度"来评估改进后危急值管理体系的效果.结果 在2023年8月至2024年4月期间,应用PDCA循环法对2019版危急值管理体系从制度、流程图、项目表、登记表等进行修订形成2024版危急值管理体系;在2024年4月至2024年6月期间,将2024版危急值管理体系进行试运行并进行临床调研,2024版危急值管理体系的满意度为96.22%,高于2019版81.33%,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05).结论 运用PDCA循环法修订危急值体系,从本院的院情出发,大大提升了修订后危急值管理体系的科学性和实用性,具有更强的指导和现实意义.
The Application of PDCA Cycle Management Method in the Revision of Critical Value Management System
Objective To explore the application value of PDCA cycle management method in revising the critical value management system of our hospital.Methods A multidisciplinary PDCA critical value continuous improvement team was established throughout the hospital.Both brainstorming and fishbone diagrams were conducted to evaluate existing issues in our hospital's critical value management.The problems in the critical value system were checked multiple times through a questionnaire star method.The revised system was tested using the latest guidelines and trial operation,and the effectiveness of the improved critical value management system was evaluated based on"satisfaction"rate.Results From August,2023 to April,2024,the PDCA cycle method was applied to revise the 2019 version of the critical value management system on the levels of system,flowcharts,project tables,and registration forms,etc.,in order to form the 2024 version of the critical value management system;During the period from April 2024 to June 2024,the 2024 version of the critical value management system underwent trial operation and clinical research.The satisfaction rate of the 2024 version of the critical value management system was 96.22%,which was higher than the 81.33%of the 2019 version,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of PDCA cycle method to revise the critical value system,based on the hospital situation,greatly enhances the scientificity and practicality of the revised critical value management system,and shows stronger guidance and practical significance.
