This paper studies on the asexual propagation technique of lilac.The result showed that cuttings of Syringa oblata var.alba soaking in 50 mg/L ABT for 4h have a higher survival rate.Syringa oblata and S.Pekinensis are suitable rootstock of S.Vulgaris.The five cultivars of S.Vulgaris used in the study have a notable difference in survival rate,but no great difference in height growth.
