The reconstruction of new socialist villages is a significant historical task in modernization drive for our country, and is our Party's strategic plan which sized up the situation in the new historical condition. This article took "implement the leading strategy through science, education and culture" as a breach, proposed the scientific plans to scheme to reconstruct the new socialist villages, summed up the reconstruction of new villages is the explains of overcoming issues concerning agriculture, and discussed the relations of advancing the reconstruction of new villages which should be pay attention to, as well as the work force of advancing the reconstruction of new villages in Beijing suburbs at the present stage.
