日光温室内凯特和9803杏光合特性及去果对源叶光合作用影响

以辽宁省主栽的凯特杏和9803杏为试材,利用LI-6400光合测定仪,对其光合特性和去果对源叶光合作用的影响进行比较研究.结果表明:温室内凯特杏叶片的净光合速率(Pn)日变化呈单峰曲线,9803杏叶片的净光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线,气孔限制是9803杏光合"午休"的主要调节因素;2个杏品种光合作用对光照强度和CO2浓度等单一生态水平变化的响应均可以用二次方程来描述;9803杏的光补偿点和光饱和点均比凯特杏低,且光量子效率比凯特杏高,而凯特杏的CO2补偿点和CO2饱和点均比9803杏低,且羧化效率和CO2饱和时光合能力比9803杏高,由此可见,凯特杏和9803杏在温室中栽培各有优势;去果处理对上位新梢源叶的影响比下位新梢大,对上位新梢第7、8位源叶影响最大.
Photosynthetic Characteristics and Leaf Photosynthesis Response to Fruit of 'katy'and '9803' Apricots in Greenhouse
Photosynthetic characteristics of two apricot cultivars 'katy' and '9803' were studied comparatively with the LI-6400 photosynthetic instrument in greenhouse. The results were as follows : In greenhouse, the curve of diurnal change of net photosynthetic rate in leaves of 'katy' showed single peak. The diurnal change of net photosynthetic rate in leaves of ' 9803' was a bimodal curve regulated by stomatal conductance. The responsive curve of photosynthesis in two apricot cultivars' leaves to the change of photosynthetic active radiation,concentration of CO2 could be described with quadratic equation. The light compensation point and light saturation point of '9803' were lower than those of 'katy',and its apparent quantum yield was higher. The CO2 compensation point and CO2 saturation point of 'katy' were lower than those of '9803', and its carboxylation efficiency and maximal net photosynthetic rate were higher. This showed that there was diffent predominance in two apricot cultivars in greenhouse. The effect of de-fruiting on net photosynthetic rate of source leaf at upper new shoot was greater than that of source leaf at lower new shoot. The effect of defruiting on net photosynthetic rate of source leaf at seventh and eighth node of upper new shoot was greatest.
