川芎嗪和小檗碱对猪卵母细胞体外成熟效果的影响

摘要
以mTCM-199添加抗生素为对照组,以分别添加0.5 μg/mL川穹嗪(ligustrazine, Lig)和0.1 μg/mL 小檗碱(berberine, BR)为试验组,初步探讨川芎嗪、小檗碱对猪卵母细胞体外成熟效果的影响,以期提高猪卵母细胞体外成熟率.试验结果表明:以卵丘扩散和第一极体排出率分别作为猪卵母细胞体外成熟的判断标准,Lig组和BR组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Lig组和BR组间无显著差异(P>0.05).结论:川芎嗪和小檗碱对猪卵母细胞体外成熟具有一定的促进作用.
Abstract
In the experiment,mTCM-199 which supplemented with antibiotics were used as control group, and with 0. 5 μg/mL(ligustrazine, Lig) and 0. 1 μg/mL(berberine, BR)as experimental groups. In vitro maturation rate of porcine oocytes were observed to discuss the effect of Lig and BR on porcine oocytes in vitro maturation. The results showed that the maturation rates of Lig and BR groups were significant higher than control group(P < 0. 05), there was no difference between experimental groups(P>0. 05). It indicated that Lig and BR could promote porcine oocytes in vitro maturation in a certain degree.
