DNA Fingerprint and Relative Relationship of New Varieties and Lines of Azuki Bean by SSR Markers
A selected set of 37 breeded varieties or lines of azuki bean (Vigna angularis) from Beijing University of Agriculture, Japan and Hebei and 12 germplasms from Beijing, Hebei, Tianjing, Sichuan, Jilin, Liaoning, Jiangsu in China and Janpan were tested by SSR markers. 22 polymorphic PCR product fragments were gained using 7 pairs of primers of SSR. DNA fingerprint of these varieties or lines were pre-marily constructed. The results of Cluster phylogenetic analysis indicated that all 49 accessions were classified into 7 groups, when the default 0. 37 parameters were used. 37 breeded varieties or lines were clustered in the same one group. 8 subgroups were divided into in the group of breeded varieties or lines, this result was consistent with the analysis of their family tree. There was more exiguous genetic diversity between breeded varieties or lines than landraces. The genetic distance of landraces was farther with the breeded.
