两种农药对南方根结线虫的室内毒力测定

采用直接触杀法测定15%卫根微乳剂和15%阿维·毒乳油两种农药对南方根结线虫二龄幼虫的杀线虫活性.结果表明:两种农药对南方根结线虫均有杀线虫活性,其中15%卫根微乳剂LC50值和LG90值分别为1.9515,10.7637 mg/L,而15%阿维·毒乳油LC50值和LG90值分别为40.3744,545.7819 mg/L,室内毒力测定说明15%卫根微乳剂对南方根结线虫具有更强的杀虫活性,明显高于15%的阿维·毒乳油.
Determining Toxicity of Two Pesticides against Meloidogyne incognita in Laboratory
The nematicidal effect of two pesticides on the second juvenile (J2) of Meloidogyne incognita were tested in laboratory. The results showed that both of the tested pesticides had strong toxicity to the J2. The LC50 and LC90 values of 15% Weigen ME and 15% A Weidu EC were 1. 9515,10. 7637 mg/L and 40. 3744,545. 7819 mg/L, respectively. The toxicity of 15% Weigen ME was higher than that of 15% A WEIDU EC.
