Genetic diversity of 55 lettuce germplasm were analyzed . The results showed that the range of variation coefficient from 8. 82 % to 98. 85 %. There were significant positive correlation between plant weight and number of rosette leaves. The plant weight had significant correlation to rosette leaf width (leaf lettuce). The correlations among heading rate and rosette leaf length, rosette leaf width, head weight, and plant height were all positive and highly significant, while heading rate had a negative significant relationship to rosette leaves(heading lettuce).
