'甜查理'草莓叶片再生体系的建立

对'甜查理'草莓叶片进行离体培养研究,建立高效的叶片再生体系.结果表明:(1)叶片诱导愈伤培养基:MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,出愈率为92.5%;(2)分化培养基:MS+TDZ 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L,分化率为84.0%;(3)生根培养基:1/2 MS,生根率为100%.
Plant Regeneration from Leaves of Strawberry 'Sweet charlie'
The regeneration system had been established from leaf discs of strawberry Sweet charlie. The best medium or treatment for various stages was optimized and selected as follows : (1) Callus inducing medium: MS+6-BA 1. 0mg/L+NAA 0. 2mg/L, the callus induction rate was 92. 5% ; (2)Differentiation medium: MS+TDZ 2. 0mg/L+NAA 0. 2mg/L, the differentiation rate was 84. 0%; (3) Rooting medium:1/2 MS , and the rooting rate was 100 %.
