大豆不同叶形叶面积校正系数的研究

采用叶面积扫描法、复印称重法和Photoshop图像处理法等3种方法,分别对大豆圆形、卵圆、披针等3种叶形的三出复叶进行叶面积校正系数研究.结果表明,3种测定方法,叶面积校正系数依卵圆形、披针形、圆形叶形依次升高;三出复叶中左小叶和右小叶的叶面积校正系数相近,均高于中小叶;叶面积扫描法和图像处理法数据吻合程度较高,复印称重法数据误差较大.卵圆形、披针形、圆形叶形的叶面积校正系数分别为0.67、0.68和0.70.建议今后测量中,以中间小叶为准,数据采用叶面积仪测定的数据.
Research on correction coefficient from leaf area for different soybean leaf forms
Three methods of leaf area scanning, photocopying weighing and photoshop image processing were used for measuring correction coefficients of leaf area of soybean's circular, ovate and lance shaped trifoliolate leaves. The result showed that, the correction coefficients of leaf area increased by ovate, lance shaped and circular soybean leaves; the correction coefficients of leaf area form the left and right leaves of soybean's trifoliolate leaves were very close, and they were both higher than the middle leaf; the correction coefficients of leaf area got by leaf area scanning and photoshop image processing were very anastomosis, however, data got by photocopying weighing was more erroneous. The correction coefficients of leaf area from ovate, lance shaped and circular soybean leaves were 0. 67, 0. 68, and 0. 70. The middle leaves were considered to be the most representative, and the data got by leaf area scanning was suggested to be used.
