Characteristics variation of tissue culture regeneration plantlets of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge
Some tissue culture regeneration plantlets of Salvia miltiorrhiza were obtained in our previous study,some characteristics of these tissue culture regeneration plantlets of salvia miltiorrhiza varied after being domesticated in the glasshouse and field.The obvious changes were showed,i.e.in coronal breadth broadening,height shortening,stems thickening,roots remarkably tillering; leaves pinnate becoming ternate from previous 5-foliolate,leaf shape becoming ovate from previous oblong oval,which proved that tissue culture process might lead to the variation of biological characteristics.
