氟啶脲在北京地区苹果生产中的消解及膳食风险评估

[目的]为了研究氟啶脲在苹果中的残留消解动态及其在苹果中的膳食风险评估.[方法]建立了苹果中氟啶脲残留的高效液相色谱检测方法,利用风险商法对其进行评估.[结果]试验结果表明:在0.1、0.5、1.0 mg/kg的添加浓度下,该方法检测的添加回收率是82.49 %~108.0%,变异系数是3.33%~10.49%,最低检测浓度为0.02 mg/kg.田间试验结果表明,在北京地区苹果生产中,使用推荐剂量的氟啶脲在苹果上的半衰期为7.77 d,使用加倍剂量,氟啶脲在苹果上的半衰期为7.60 d,施药7d后,残留量为0.23mg/kg,低于国标所规定的氟啶脲在水果中的最大残留量0.5 mg/kg,同时在最终残留加倍剂量下的风险商值小于1,膳食风险小,可以接受.[结论]建立的高效液相色谱检测方法可以满足氟啶脲在苹果中残留的检测,在北京地区苹果生产中按要求剂量施药,在采摘期食用对消费者是相对安全的.
The degradation and dietary risk assessment of chlorfluazuron in Beijing apple production
[Objective] In order to research the residue dynamics of chlorfluazuron in apple and value the dietary risk.[Methods] The high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and risk quotient (RQ) were used for the evaluation.[Results]The results showed that the fortified recovery rates ranged from 82.49 % to 108.0 %,with variation coefficients of 3.33%-10.49 % at levels of 0.1 mg/kg,0.5 mg/kg and 1.0 mg/kg,and the limit of quantification for chlorfluazuron in apple was 0.02 mg/kg.The field residue dynamics study showed that the T50 of chlorfluazuron in apple was 7.77 d in recommended dosage.When the apple was sprayed twice dosage,the T50 of chlorfluazuron was 7.60 d,and the residue was 0.23 mg/kg,lower than the maximum residues of chlorfluazuron in fruit in national food safety standard (0.5 mg/kg).In addition,the value of RQ was lower than 1 in final residue and thus could be accepted.[Conclusion]The method of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) could be used for the residue detection of chlorfluazuron in apples.It also implied that it was relatively safe for us to pick apples when using recommended dosage of chlorfluazuron in apple orchards.
