聚乙二醇引发对生菜高温下种子萌发的影响

[目的]生菜种子在高温条件下发芽率降低,采用适宜浓度的聚乙二醇(PEG 6000)处理能够促进生菜种子的萌发.[方法]以4个紫色生菜品种为材料,在35℃高温下,研究0 (CK)、50、100、150、200、250 g/L的PEG 6000处理,对发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、胚根长、活力指数及简化活力指数的影响.[结果]结果表明:在PEG 6000的引发下,‘北紫生1号’、‘北紫生2号’的引发作用较明显,对‘北紫生3号’、‘北紫生4号'引发作用不明显.50~150 g/L的‘北紫生1号’、‘北紫生2号’生菜种子能明显提高耐高温能力、促进生菜种子的萌发和发芽率的提升;在50 g/L对‘北紫生3号’引发作用明显,在250 g/L活力指数最优;在250g/L对‘北紫生4号’引发作用明显.[结论]50~150 g/L的PEG 6000对‘北紫生1号’、‘北紫生2号’、‘北紫生3号'种子的萌发具有促进作用;250 g/L的PEG 6000对‘北紫生4号’萌发作用显著.
[Objective] High temperature inhibits the germination of lettuce seeds,and the PEG 6000 treatment can promote the germination of lettuce seeds.[Methods] Four varieties of purple lettuce were used to study the effects of PEG 6000 at different concentrations 0(CK),50,100,150,200,250 g/L on the germination rate,germination energy,germination index,radicle length,vivigor index and simplified vigor index.[Results] The results showed that the effect of PEG 6000 for'Bei Zizheng No.1'and'Bei Zi sheng No.2'was more obvious than that of'Beizisheng No.2'and'Bei Zisheng No.4'.The seeds of'Bei Zi sheng No.1'and'Bei Zi sheng No.2'lettuce at 50-150 g/L could significantly increase the temperature tolerance and promote the germination rate of lettuce seeds.The effect for'Bei Zi sheng No.3'was obvious in 50 g/L.In 200 g/L,the vigor index of'Bei Zi sheng No.3'was obvious.The effect for'Bei Zi sheng No.4'was obvious in 250 g/L.[Conclusion]PEG 6000 could promote the germination of'Bei Zi sheng No.1','Bei Zi sheng No.2'and'Beizisheng No.2'in 50-150 g/L;and promote the germinatuon of'Bei Zi sheng No.4'significantly in 250 g/L.
