7个结球生菜品种的综合比较试验

[目的]为筛选出优质的结球生菜品种。[方法]利用差异性显著分析和隶属函数评估法对7个品种的结球生菜进行综合评价。[结果]'北生8号'叶球纵径、叶长和叶宽最大,'北生9号'叶球横径最大,'北生6号'生物产量最高;'北生8号'可溶性糖含量最高,'北紫球生2号'可溶性蛋白含量和维生素C含量最高,'北生9号'叶绿素含量和硝态氮含量最高,通过隶属函数评估法对7个结球生菜品种的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、维生素C、叶绿素、硝态氮的含量进行分析,得出'北紫球生2号'的分数最高。[结论]7个不同品种间的结球生菜形态指标和品质指标有很大的差异,综合比较5项品质指标得出'北紫球生2号'的最优品种。
A comprehensive comparative experiment of 7 heading lettuce varieties
[Objective]In order to screen out the best variety of heading lettuce.[Methods]Make a comprehensive evaluation of 7 heading lettuce by significance difference and membership function analysis.[Results]'Beisheng No.8'had the largest longi-tudinal diameter and the largest leaf length and leaf width of leaf ball,'Beisheng No.9'had the largest transverse diameter of leaf ball,'Beisheng No.6'had the highest bioproduction,'Beisheng No.8'had the highest soluble sugar content,'Beiziqiusheng No.2'not only the highest soluble protein content,but also the highest vitamin C content,'Beisheng No.9'chlorophyll and nitrogen content were the highest.Through the membership function evaluation method of 7 varieties of lettuce knots soluble sugar,soluble protein,vitamin C,chlorophyll,nitrate nitrogen content,it is concluded that the'Beiziqiusheng No.2'scores the highest.[Conclusion]The morphological indexes and quality indexes of lettuce knots between 7 different varieties have great differences,comprehensive comparison of 5 quality indexes concluded that'Beiziqiusheng No.2'is the best variety in this test.
