Analysis of pesticide residues in local vegetables in Changping District,Beijing
[Objective]In order to understand the pesticide residue pollution situation in vegetables in Changping District,Beijing,and improve the security level of local agricultural product supply.[Methods]This study tested 75 pesticide residues in 635 vegetables produced by vegetable production bases and farmers in 2022.[Results]The detection rate of pesticide residues in 635 vegetable samples was 22.0%(140/635),and there were no cases of pesticide residues exceeding the standard;A total of 15 pesticide residues were detected,with the highest detected concentration being 0.44 mg/kg of Cypermethrin;The highest detection rate is 7.2%for Carbendazim;The detection rate of pesticide residues in vegetables grown by farmers is higher than that in large-scale bases;Among various vegetables,Solanaceous vegetables have the highest pesticide detection rate(30.4%,9/69),followed by leafy vegetables(27.4%,71/259)and rhizome vegetables(18.1%,19/105);Based on the detection re-sults,75 pesticides were classified into risk levels,and there were no high-risk pesticides.[Conclusion]The current situation of pesticide residues in vegetable products in Changping District is at a relatively low level,but it's still necessary to strengthen supervision to ensure the safety of vegetable supply and protect people's health.
