On biological characteristics of flower organs of different tomato varieties in multi-span greenhouse at full fruit stage
[Objective]To explore the relationship between the flower organs of tomato varieties for factory use and the facility environment,so as to select excellent tomato varieties suitable for factory production mode.[Methods]The morphology of flow-er organs of large-fruited tomato and cherry tomato varieties was observed by asthrombosis microscope and scanning electron microscopy,pollen viability was determined by TTC,and the correlation between floral organs and pollen viability was analyzed by Pearson correlation.The Duncan new complex polarity difference test was used to test the significance.SPSS software was used to calculate the mean and standard deviation of each index,and the quality of 8 tomato varieties was compared using the DUNCAN multiple comparison method.[Results]The overall state of the flower organs of Zhongjingpan 502 was the best in large-fruited tomatoes,and the overall state of the flower organs of Zhongjingpan Hongxing 2 in cherry tomatoes was the best.The pollen vitality of large fruit tomato is generally higher than that of cherry tomato,in which large fruit tomato'H2103'is the highest,imported variety'Yarimaru'pollen vigor is relatively low;in cherry tomato,'Saopolo'pollen vigor is relatively high,and Beijing Hongxing No.2.The stigma height of 502 is least affected by environmental changes.During the observation and measurement period,the length of'H2112'cherry tomato is always higher than the other three cherry tomato varieties.As the environmental change of the large greenhouse is small and relatively stable.The soluble sugar content of imported tomato varieties was higher.[Conclusion]There was no significant difference between the floral organ traits of domestic factory tomato varieties and imported tomato varieties,and the genetic traits of flower organs of domestic cherry tomato varieties need to be further improved,and the soluble sugar content of cherry tomato'H2112'and domestic factory tomato varieties could be promoted after further genetic improvement.It provides basic data for domestic tomato varieties to realize localized cultivation in large-scale multi-span greenhouses and provides scientific guidance for the regulation of tomato flower organs and fruit devel-opment as well as the cultivation management in production.
