Temporal and spatial changes and obstacles to agricultural resilience under ecological protection in the Yellow River Basin——Take Shaanxi Province as an example
[Objective]In order to achieve the urgent need of agricultural power.[Methods]Firstly, the research scope of adap-tive cycle theory in agricultural field was expanded.Secondly, the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics and obstacle factors of agricultural resilience in Shaanxi Province from 2006 to 2021 were studied by comprehensive index method and obsta-cle degree model.[Results]The results showed as follows:1)The agricultural resilience of Shaanxi Province experienced three periods:maintenance-release,recombination-development and then maintenance. The agricultural production capacity was first weakened and then increased, the social adjustment ability was continuously enhanced, and the scientific and technological innovation ability was under-developed;2)The spatial characteristics of agricultural resilience in Shaanxi Province are signifi-cant.The agricultural production capacity is high in the north and the south and low in the middle, the social adjustment capac-ity is clustered, and the development of scientific and technological innovation capacity is uneven;3)Scientific and technological innovation ability is the key factor affecting the improvement of agricultural resilience in Shaanxi Province, and R&D invest-ment,human capital and scientific and technological innovation ability are the main obstacle factors affecting the improvement of agricultural resilience.[Conclusion]Policy opinions on strengthening innovation and popularization of agricultural science and technology, improving social adjustment ability, optimizing agricultural structure, strengthening regional coordinated develop-ment and narrowing regional differences are put forward.
